END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")

IMPORTANT: THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE APPLICATION PROVIDER. PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE VIGORLY APPLICATION ("App").

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA and Apple's standard EULA, Vigorly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a single device that you own or control.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
The App includes auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option. By purchasing a subscription or a lifetime purchase, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee or one-time purchase fee (as applicable) and any taxes that may be applicable to your use of the subscription. The prices of all purchases are indicated within the App on the purchasing page.

2.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following terms and conditions:

• Duration: The duration of the subscription is as indicated within the App.
• Price: The price of the subscription is as indicated within the App.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as your original subscription.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
  
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2.2 Lifetime Purchase
The App offers a one-time lifetime purchase with the following terms and conditions:
Price: The price of the lifetime purchase is as indicated within the App.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
The purchase is non-refundable.

3. REFUNDS
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Vigorly on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Vigorly.

4. APPLE'S STANDARD EULA
Apple's standard EULA shall apply to any other clauses not explicitly included in this EULA. The standard EULA can be accessed at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA and Apple's standard EULA. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the App.
